Chef Demetrius Brown is the owner and executive chef behind Atlanta's multi-continental bistro, Bread and Butterfly, and the visionary behind Atlanta’s wildly popular Heritage Supper Club. For fans of his signature supper experience, a new restaurant, aptly called Heritage, will soon open in the historic Summerhill neighborhood. Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Chef Demetrius states that his appreciation of culture and love for diaspora flavors was given to him by his late great grandmother, Elizabeth Castle.
